Obesity is defined as an excessive accumulation of body fat. Obesity is present when the total weight exceeds 25 percent fat in men and more than 32 percent fat in girls. There are several medications such as Phentermine, Adipex, etc. that help weight loss for adults but these medicines are definitely not for children.

The causes of childhood obesity:

– Family: A child whose parents are obese are more likely to develop obesity compared to other children. This may occur for a variety of reasons such as genetic factors or may be a sedentary lifestyle of the parents or lack of exercise into your daily routine. This may make the child is born with obesity.

– Inactive Life: Children these days spend more time playing and watching TV This has prevented the children of today to participate in activities, including sports a solid foundation. Consequently, children become addicted to television. Inactive life became a bit overweight obese. Inheritance

-: Because all children with a sedentary lifestyle are more television and eat almost anything that is not so long ago, all researchers working on obese children why it is so. Heredity has recently been shown to influence fatness, regional distribution of fat, and the response to overfeeding. In addition, babies born to overweight mothers were found to be less active and gain more weight by age three months compared to children born to mothers with normal weight, suggesting a possible inborn drive to conserve energy.

– Low income and education levels are correlated with lower levels of physical activity in developed countries.

Television advertising – from food and beverages to children in general for products that are high in calories, sugar, sodium and fat.

Being overweight can lead:

1. Low self-esteem and bullying

2. The behavior and learning problems

3. Stress and anxiety

4. Comfort eating

5. Depression

6. Type 2 diabetes

7. Hypertension

8. Asthma and other respiratory problems

9. Sleep Disorders

10.

11 Liver disease. Precocious puberty

12. Eating Disorders

Preventing Childhood Obesity:

Obesity is easier to prevent than treat, and prevention focuses in large part parent education. In infancy, parent education should focus on the promotion of breastfeeding, recognition of signals of satiety, and delayed introduction of solid foods. In early childhood, education should include proper nutrition, selection of low-fat snacks, good exercise and activity habits, and monitoring of television programs. In cases where preventive measures can not completely overcome the influence of hereditary factors, parent education should focus on self-esteem and addressing psychological problems. Childhood obesity is a problem more difficult. Action, if taken early, can change the outcome in obese children or even prevent this from happening in the first place. A problem of regular exercise is a tool that can change the outcome of these children. </ P>

Want

to stimulate the early schooling of your child? You are correct in assuming that at a young age that their child can start learning. His mind is prepared to take in new experiences and information. Because children are impressionists, the appropriate method of education and learning environment should be chosen to maximize the effectiveness of schooling in its infancy. Give your child the edge evidence shows the importance of education during the early phase of childhood is indisputable. It is through education that children can realize their full potential and be what he / she wants to become. Early childhood is the perfect time to roll on it. The effectiveness of schooling in infancy is also evident, particularly in regard to the personal development of the child. However, it is fair to question the effectiveness of early education programs and tools used and how it fits the learning style of the child. Does your child learn faster doing? Listening? Or comments? Researchers on the subject have shown that all the teaching tools for early education are also effective in promoting development and learning of young children. It is safe to say that the effectiveness of schooling at the stage of infancy depends largely on the following: the environment, quality personnel, appropriate programs and educational tools, group practices appropriate parent participation, and providing coherent programs. The main areas to consider studies show that long-term benefits of preschool education were evident only in high-quality programs. Therefore, we must look in some areas, such as trained teachers, the style of administrative leadership, program, relationship with the class teacher, teaching assistants, competition, and the relationship between parents and teachers. As a parent, you play by ear. Talk with teachers and get the feel of the school and whether the learning environment engages children in meaningful learning and active. Find out if your program is appropriate for the development of different ages and different learning styles and temperament. Talking to parents of young children are already enrolled to know what is your opinion on the effectiveness of the schooling of their children forever. If you get the answers you need to hear, then you can have a school that is effective to teach your child at the developmental stage of childhood. In many cases, the early childhood learning in a classroom can prepare your child for the future, both emotionally and intellectually. </ P>

say that we should teach our children the way they should go, so when they grow up, they will not depart from it. The reasoning behind this is to take root in the mind of a child in a good way of doing things, it becomes natural for them. Your good habits to produce results beneficial to the adult form of concrete achievements.

Can we begin to teach preschool children, the development of relationship skills that will put forward on how to deal with others? Even before the child enters a classroom, there are many opportunities to teach them to interact with others in a positive way. Playing with his brothers and neighborhood friends can give parents the time and place they need to strengthen the collaboration capabilities of their children. When a child learns to share time and space with another child that he or she learns the skills of collaboration in the most basic level.

Children in day care may benefit from a good teacher is a model and guide for their social development. A positive relationship with an early childhood educator / teacher is a good omen for a child in her primary school years. Here, they have a set of basic social skills, enabling them to interact in a mutually beneficial relationship with their peers.

Children who have closer relationships with teachers in child care had better classroom behavior and social skills (more cognitive and attention skills and sociability, behavior problems and better peer relationships ) through early elementary school (Feinberg, Clifford, Burchinal, Yazejian and Byler, 1999).

It is clear from the foregoing that the development of early childhood social skills pays big dividends throughout the life of a child’s school. These efforts in training teams in a school environment will help a person to have in his personal and professional lives, they move into adulthood.

The advantage of this is less confrontational in all areas of life where the person has to face others. During the collaboration between people who understand the benefit of the employment relationship without problems, so achieving the most creative and productivity is achieved. Functional health teams working together for greater operational efficiency and good sense, or in an academic work, or at home. Ultimately, benefits society groups to achieve productively and in harmony with each other. Of course, teaching the basics of what the preschool, a greater likelihood that children continued positive collaboration skills as they progress in life.

The proper social development of children means they need to learn appropriate social skills at an early age. Focusing exclusively on cognitive skills at the expense of collaboration and teamwork will not promote healthy personal relationships.

Parents often think that the academic skills that are essential to the success of their children when they enter kindergarten, but if you talk to a large sample of preschool teachers, the researchers, social skills are more important at this age (Ellen Frede, 2007).

A child entering kindergarten and the needs of important skills such as collaboration now faced with different personalities each day in a more structured learning. Positive social skills taught at an early age are a protection against the type of personality disorders disruptive behavior. When a child learns to share and communicate in a friendly manner with the other children are less likely to combative behavior and anti-social.

It is never too early for parents to start teaching their children through education childhood good start, the collaboration capabilities that will serve them throughout their lives. Whether in the education of children in day care or preschool program or at home, the skills to build relationships are the foundation for academic success and career later. </ P>

Parents are the primary teachers

in the life of a child, especially from birth to six years when the child’s brain develops more rapidly than any other time in his life. This is one of the main reasons why it is important for the participation of parents to follow when a child enters child care program in Brookline. This also applies when entering child care in Brookline, and later, a Brookline
<préscolaire / a>. </ P>

In fact, research strongly suggests that children whose parents are involved at key stages of the development of preschool and school years at the beginning, often the experience later academic success. In addition, studies indicate that when parents are involved in the early education experiences of their children, for example, a Brookline native, tend to be more satisfied with their performance in primary school and beyond with aspirations higher for their children. </ P>

Sometimes I wonder why we send our children to school. </ P>

It is for learning, or the evolution of a clay with a valuable asset, or to become good citizens and especially – to become human beings. Determine if any of these purposes are met. </ P>

In India, over 80% of the population can afford to send their children to public schools. A look at the schools, it is clear that apathy and powerlessness of children and teachers. A classroom has 60 children, and how do you expect a teacher to change – it would be difficult to remember <</ strong> all 60 names. What they learn – learn to bowl without understanding the meaning or application of learning. It is common for us to see students learning and theorems <jinetes / strong> memory. You turn the question a little and they realize they are confused. Discover some of the competitions – the recitation competition / strong> – when you need a cup what famous person said cites’ / strong> – without realizing the applicability in life today. When I say competition is given by the system to make you feel low when competition is lost – no help to analyze what happened and how we can improve. </ P>

How do you think a child will face the world if we teach them not to – and gets up each time after a fault. We condemn failures without notice if the student is interested in this subject. The additional charge is ‘
<padres super' / strong> they expect their students to be great children ‘ / strong> – participation in all competitions known to parents and to gain each. </ P>

If all parents want their children to win, is it a myth or reality? Let me give an example of “dog show </ strong>. Usually in a dog show, the winner and the loser (they are dogs, of course) do not care about their state of victory – but dog owners feel so bad if your dog could not go to , “as best
<perro / strong> and the owner of thewinner jubliant is so that it becomes the talk of the club that night. You will find that the winner and a loser friends are happy dogs sharing a common grunt without knowing that their owners lived and how you feel. Tell me how different is the scenario with parents and children super super? </ Strong> </ p>

humble request to parents and teachers to accept the basic feeling that no child is perfect (or adult) and accept each child with their strengths and areas for improvement in their working areas for improvement without cursing or compare. In addition to this, pleae allow them to be children – children always love to test their limits – and so badly. Have we not made mistakes? </ P>

Even in our time that children, who wondered why the teachers do not understand what we wanted. Today, we have grown, but kids today have the same issue. So what happened? That’s the problem with the system or with us. Let me remind you that the systems are made for us, then there is a change for us. </ P>

case is not very different in private schools financed either. First, we must deal with parents and teachers before trying to educate children. </ P>

Is it a myth that children go to school for learning and teachers are teaching? </ P>

if you accept these children as they are – who will remain a myth. </ P>

come with another article soon on the situation of older children. Stay tuned. </ P>

Sincerely, </ p>
